Game crashing on save

is anyone experiencing this? When I auto save and save it crashes, I even tried the Modlist mod

From what I understand it only happens to people using mods, but it's not 100% of mod users, so it's difficult to narrow it down completely. Save file size above 4mb seems related. You can tell once saves become corrupted because your last save will be 0kb.

I had a 0kb save crash on a new game with mods. Maybe 20min into game, at the bathing scene autosave. My other saves were 1mb, so, much of the reporting on causes has been inconsistent at best.

I'm trying to test to see where the issue is - just started a new game on HC with no mods, now installing mods after first manual save. So we'll see.

Edit: These are my findings

Save 1 no mods: 1140kb Easy Riders
Save 2 100 mods: 1152kb saved seconds later.
reloaded Save 2, saved again.
Save 3 100 mods: 1163kb saved second later.
reloaded Save 3, saved again.
Save 4 100 mods: 1172kb saved second later.
reloaded Save 4, saved again.
CTD with a 0kb save file.

It appears there's a hard limit on how many times I can save with mods installed, and then CTD. The last functioning save seems to be corrupted in that it will CTD if I save again, even if I delete older saves. Without extensive testing to eliminate the variables I'm at a loss.

I won't play KCD2 without mods so I guess I'll wait to start my HC run until they patch this or I figure out which mod of mine is breaking the game.

The same thing happens to me, I'm in hard mode, I go to the blacksmith, I talk to him, I finish a mission, I finish the conversation with him, as soon as it ends it does the typical automatic save, and then the game freezes and closes.

Any solution? Is it just me or is it a game issue?

my PC is so smart, it reject to install that program even thou I walked around to downlaod that program.

I've put it in, and the game keeps closing when trying to save.

I feel like I don't really want to do anything with that, up until Warhorse fix that.
I had like 6 light mods within steam's workshop, c'mon why should I bother myself. But it's good to know that I'm not alone. I tried to load like 5-6 last saves I had, only 1 has 0 kb weight, but none of them let me save again.
