KCD2/Hardcore BUT one life
I feel like this would be the ultimate challenge as a mod that I wish I could make. But I would definitely try a one life challenge that's actually implemented so that if you die once the whole game is over, its not like you really die late game once you get into Kuttenburg. But I could see why this would be horrible to make.

I think getting hanged as a punishment should be a save deleting state on hardcore mode. Or at least an option, like a perk anyway.
