I couldn't get a refund because of the 2 hour rule on steam, which is totally unfair for a game like this, one that would take you at least 5-10 hours to actually feel what the game has to offer,
in a nutshell, this is a glorified chore simulator no less, despite of advertising it as "medieval realism", nothing is "realistic", a buggy and clunky combat system is not "realistic", and I don't play games to repeat what annoys me in real life,
the story? 7/10, I fell in sleep in some of the dialogues so I couldn't tell if I missed something important,
If you happen to enjoy above, more power to you
It's THE BEST RPG around, period - one has to warm up to it at first but then.....
I mean, did you play the first game? Or did you just start the second one and getting angry at it?
KCD1 and KCD2 are the best damn RPGs ever made - they just defy everything you have learned about RPGs like in Elder Scrolls games or whatever - the storytelling is what it's about
So play BG3 until this game comes on sale. Nothing happens if YOU DONT GET IT RIGHT NOW.
Enjoy BG 3 then. It's going to last you a long while. Makes both purchases really worth while when you savored BG 3 then get KCD 2 on a discount.
