I'm stuck when i start the game

My game is stuck in loading screen when i start new game (normal mode)
I can see the intro video no problem and then it's stuck in a black screeen with the loading in bottom right corner turning for more than 10 mins.
I have no mods installed.
Any help ?

I have this problem too. I tried starting a new game on hardcore, then normal but it got stuck on black screen. I transfered files from one drive to the other (both HDD) but it did not helped. The most frustrating thing is that on a premiere patch everything was fine

My PC specs are sufficient.

Hey, had this issue yesterday. Ik you guys probably see people saying "clear your mods" but just take a look. I didn't know I was subscribed to a bunch of mods on the workshop. Until I clicked to see what specific items I have downloaded. I unsubbed from everything, and finally got HC to work. People saying NVIDIA this, SSD that. Don't know what they're talking about.

The "mods?!?" response is pretty infuriating, frankly. I've literally never even clicked on the workshop, let alone downloaded and installed any mod. Warhorse needs to address this issue, plenty of people have been reporting it for days.

The same issue, no mods, can't start new game not in hardcore, not in normal. This is critical error, seems those company need more testers...

I think a recent patch did this. Rolling back to a previous version might help.

The recent patch clearly did this. The problem is, we all want to play Hardcore Mode. Rolling back won't help.

Warhorse's silence in addressing this issue is deafening.

Same issue here. It ran fine when I tested it out a few weeks ago. Now I'm back to play hardcore mode and I get an infinite black loading screen after the intro.

No mods, on an SSD, good hardware...

IT WORKED, but only when i lowered graphics to minimum, lowest resolution and setting game to window display

Yeah, now I can play, after intro first begin normal loading with screensavers, then black screen loading, at this moment (black screen) I began to press Alt+tab about 15 times in a row and then I wait for 1 min and game continued! That's the issue. Have a nice day everybody!
