Solution (for me) to the save bug problem
After a lot of googling and a lot of trying myself (all night) - I can finally save again without crashing (now after 3 hours of playing)

Look in C:\Users\<Your User>\Saved Games\kingdomcome2\saves\playline0 and try to load games that are less than 4000 KB.

I was able to delete some new mods I had installed and reload a 3922 KB savegame and now I can save normally. We lost a lot of gameplay, but at least it wasn't a total loss. Look for a save to see how big the new save is. If it is e.g. 3500kb - you have enough space to install another mod. If it is already at 3990kb, it is better to delete a mod so that there is a buffer.

It is important that you only load so many mods that it makes a clean save after the update, from a max. 3999kb save. Once this is done, you can continue playing and saving normally. I have saved every 10min since then and no more _errors. I hope it helps you and that it continues to run without problems. I have workshop mods and also 4 mods from Nexus currently.

At Moment, my Newest Save Game have 46xxkb but Still Working the Last Houers.

Yes, my experience after some investigation: It is related to mods and their memory consumption and save file size.
My game crashes with my saves being 1300kb

My saves are about 1780kb. The save size isn't the problem.
Save game file size is not the issue; using Mods that obviously conflict or not compatible with latest game version is.

Best way around this would be to move whole Mods folder out of your game, load up a saved game of choice, then once loaded in, make a new save. Which without Schnapps you can sleep & save at supporting Bed. Or use the Save & Quit option.

Now you have a new saved game file with NO MODS attached to it.

Now go and put the Mod folder back into game folder. Take note of the mods there, check for a new version of them. If they have not updated after latest game version, remove that mod for now.

Make use of the Mod that allows you to simply press F5 to QuickSave; which will come in very handy.

Once you have a couple working saved games, go to the saved game folder, sort by date modified so most recent is at time. Note the date & time of the saves. Delete many if not all the old ones you no longer need. Doing it this way is much quicker and easier then attempting to delete them 1 by 1 in-game.

If anyone is interested, the issue is because the <UsedMods> field in the save file keeps duplicating when there is an auto save or via the F5 mod. Apparently it can't have over 400 lines of UsedMods. There is a fix on discord and on Nexus Mod by catlord.

Yes, not size related, you are right.

Still doesn't work for me.

Have you updated to latest version of the Unlimited Quick Save Mod?

Have you tried loading an older save file?

I just made sure my mods were up to date. My quick save (aka autosave files) reached well over 1000 without any issues which means I don't suffer from that bug. So some of you folks where it's stopped working are doing something wrong

No mods.

And yes, although I deleted down to 2 saves attempting to fix the issues.

I hope it gets sorted sooner rather than later. I used to be non stop gaming, but now I struggle to get myself in them. I sit here looking at 50 shortcuts for games I haven't played yet. I finally buy one and actually fire it up 3 days after purchase, rather than 5 years later, and it goes to poo.

You set Steam and game EXE to Run As Admin?

Sounds odd for you to have this bug without using mods.

You verify the game files?

computer's 3 years old and never had to set admin.

I didn't verify, I reinstalled on SSD, just incase. Makes a change to have a "requires SSD" to actually be faster on SSD, usually makes next to no diff for me.
