Love the sub story about Margaret thee con artist
This con art woman is really stringing Henry along. She's blatantly lying in my face to make me "rescue" her from an "abusive" miller, then with no shame presenting me with an altogether new scheme later on.

Gold!

Such a well written little alternative quest chain, enjoying it a lot!

Little "hidden" gems like these really lifts this game, imho.

Yeah, but my Jindro just gave her 1k groshen and missed all the "scheme". Messing into such situations is very off character of Jindřich ze Skalice, squire, Bailiff of Prbslavytsa, Master of Hunt of the Talmberk Castle, Chief Investigator of Royal Hetmann Sir Racek Kobyla, Hero of Vranik and Talmberk.

So, I was forced to watch the playthrough on YouTube.

We have different experiences from this game. Part of its greatness as I see it. I have no idea, literally, what I missed due to my choices. And that's fine. Actually, it makes me love the game more because my journey through is probably different than anybody else's.

I embrace "failure" in my first playthrough which is 280+ hrs now bc I'm a completionist. I think that makes my story more epic. But that may be just me.

Yeah, because I've missed 30% of side-quests, I've decided to watch at least what they are about)

And KCD1 was a great game. KCD2 is just a good game (best FPV RPG on the market right now).

I want to see and do and experience everything. Not just "succeed", I don't care if I maximize. But that's probably just me and my journey through this great game.

Damn! Sorry, man!

I always extinguish ALL side quests before even advancing the main. That's just my OCD.

Maybe don't speedrun the game through main quests but instead experience it? Just a thought.

It's a great romp though, just doing your thing. Collecting stuff, side questing, talking to people. You can do that for way longer than just completing the main quest. There's so much great voice acting also hidden away in side quests and simply talking to ppl. A LOT of content hidden away if you don't go about a little and explore.

Actually, that's what I'm mainly been doing. Enjoying this great world and vaccuuming all maps and random encounters. Not even finished the game yet bc I don't want to finish it.

I'm role-playing. I don't take quests that are below Jindřich ze Skalice, squire, Bailiff of Prbslavytsa, Master of Hunt of the Talmberk Castle, Chief Investigator of Royal Hetmann Sir Racek Kobyla, Hero of Vranik and Talmberk dignity. So only who can my Jindro rob and kill - are enemies, or people, who attack him. With small exceptions for quests who lead him to his order's targets - so he can steal for Kreytzl or dig the grave in Blacksmith quests, because it's leading him towards meeting the von Bergow.
I liked the side mission where two villages were arguing over who owns a field. The mumbling quest giver was awesome.

:D he's one of my favorites hahaha

I also really enjoyed the dispute - it's typical countryside villages going at each other hahaha

Which is the last thing, squire should be embroiled in ;-)

You not a real squire at this point. Hans left you to fend for yourself.

Yes, Jindřich is) And he is not his squire. But Sir Racek's. He is temporarily seconded to Ptachek as a bodyguard, with orders to contact baron (at least I've found such a title) Otto III von Bergau.
