Kuttenberg Sword Brotherhood Deaths

So, had a "Townsman" die while practicing at the Kuttenberg Sword Brotherhood's training arena. He was killed by a training weapon.

Has this happened to anyone else? I'm worried one of my mods just broke the game.

my guess is they bleed out. Happened to me on a quest. Had to talk and follow one npc but before that we got into a fight and im guessing he bleed out and as a result the quest got bugged

i killed one with bane - i had menhart join me with a helper - menhart almost died but the townsmen walked out of the pen and keeled over - menhart hobbled off to bed and reappeared the next day
i did not get anyt blame for the kill , the body attracted a crowd but that was it
