Cant get to the secret path - Liberte et Fraternite

Cant get to the secret path (Liberte et Fraternite) Cant dig the hole in the ground to get to the path. It alwas says that somethink is in the way ... Anyone know how to fix it?
Tried to restart the game, reload old save, tried different gear, tried to aim on litteraly every inch of the ground ...
Dont know what else to do .. THanks

The same thing happend to me. I just reloaded the game and used the spade from the ruins, not one that I already had. Maybe you tried that, but it worked for me.

sometimes is becouse Mutt, i dont think this is your problem but if its helps...
