How to get the DLC with the Expansion Pack

So I bought the big boy edition so that I would get the expansion pack and have access to the DLC without further expense. Now that we have DLC, I can't find anyway to download it besides paying the 4.99. Can someone help?

Im not sure how it works in this game, but in Kcd1 you could still obtain the treasures, you just didnt get the starting maps. I got it in this game however I randomly ran across some of them without looking, and when I was looking, I still needed the internets to help me find it lol. Not very good descriptions IMO.
