The lack of any kind of self-awareness in some of these posts is embarrassing.
Might want to actually try the game OP so your words sound plausible.
Most annoying thing is the combat simplification... but it are not pollished as well in CKD1 where in some point you can beat annyone just pressing one botton.
It's not vanity. It's classic troll syndrome. You see we call them Trolls because trolls are known to live under bridges, they're ugly, smelly, loud, violent and don't make contact with many people.
What it is, is they can't get anyone to talk to them normally, everyone ignores them under their bridge while they sit and brood.
Then they hear the merry cheering, music and dance and have to come try to break up the party because it hurts their soul that others can be happy and they can't.
So they simultaneously want to destroy the fun and happiness, while it's also the only way anyone will talk to or respond to them, if they attack something they like or care about.
This person, can't be vain, trolls don't suffer from vanity, it's much, much worse than that.
It's the opposite, they hate themselves, and they want others to hate themselves as well, they want the whole world feeling the way they do.
