I bought the most expensive pre release of KCD2. Is Deliverance II - The Lion's Crest is included and if yes, how i can get it?

What are you even asking? If it was a pre order you would have known by now if you had this. This seems like a weird way to try and wallet flex and fails miserably.
But alas if your looking for what dlc you have for steam right click your game in library and look at dlc.

if you have it talk to bara and then the scribe to launch the quest (Brunswick dialogue)- if you dont have it those wont be dialogue options

Yes, that is true, unless it's add something new gameplay design and story, ect, this is nothing more than basic of 5 hidden treasures chests that fill one or 2 unique armor so it's not worth to replay for that.

I personally like the look of it, so i wear it instead of better gear because once you learn master strikes, your armour rating stats do not matter that much.
