How to find all side quests?

So I believe I'm close to end of game. I've got one or two more missions before point of no return. So i've been going through and trying to complete all side quests / activities .. I believe i've got most all. since I dont see anymore quest tipsters or POI markers on the map.

However I feel like there is some more I could find. My question is with the explorer perk. I haven't unlocked it because I wanted to explore the world naturally. I dont want to use it unless it will show me all side quests I havent discovered. before I start the last main quests, I really want to do every side quest because this game is amazing.

Inn keepers give the hints to where they are

Too late I'd say, you need to do some side quests before you reach a certain part of the main quest and I don't mean the last mission before the end.

For example, the missions for Katherine will be missed if you don't do her quest while she is in Kuttenberg and Sigismund's Camp.

okay, I'm clear on that. I got hers done. I've been careful the whole game to not miss any. but still bet i have.

I'm going to double check with inn keepers. but i believe they had quest tipster markers on the map. maybe wrong

In general most sidequests starting hints are given by inn keepers which means just having the cities / inns discovered is mostly enough.

Sigismunds camp mission blocks about 2-3 side missions throughout the game after its destruction during the main story (copying a sword, raiding quest etc).

Some sidequests are triggered by random fast travel events. These are the ones i remember:
- knight who wants to free his brother from Sigismunds camp (blocked when the camp is already destroyed i guess)
- knight who wants to robs you and you can get his armor and horse from Sigismunds camp (same like above)

I haven't found the first one, but the second one is a fixed event and happens always and on the same place, even after you completed his quest it shows up when you fast travel through this place.

So I guess it could be that the knight who wants to free his brother is also a fixed road event, but I can't say for sure because I missed to meet him before the end.
Where did you encoutered him?
I might be possible that others find him there too.

I am on my 4th playthrough and I discovered 2 quests or questlines Ive never seen before, one was a random encounter on the road tho, but I think its very hard to encounter all quests in one playthrough

You may want to use this as a last resort but this is a good place to start checking quests off your list.

I used this as a resource to knock off my achievement for Been there done that which requires you to do 95% of all "quest" content. This does not mean POI's those are purely for your own entertainment and for that I would recommend picking up the perk once you have had enough trying to search on your own.

Be warned the Secrets in the game are NOT marked by POI's and have to be found manually.
