Is this bugged? I have 50+ in Charisma and speech of 29 - cloth are not dirty (0%)and not wearing any weapons but Buresh wont talk to me, he keep on insist only to talk with rich nobles - what shall I do?

It seems to have been solved after trying a few times (same outfit thoug) :o)

i'm pretty sure stats (as well as skills) are capped at 30

You're by most chances mixing up Conspicuousness (which is caped 100 and is indicator of Jindro appearance for social stealth purposes) and Charisma itself, which impacts the most main quest interactions.

I had issues with this on my first play through and solved it by unequipping my torch. Because a torch is equipped in a weapon slot, it is counted as a weapon.

The maximum for every skill is 30 and maybe you still have armor or weapons with you.

Usually, this happens because you have armor on.
It can be hidden under cloth, so you keep the charisma bonus, but NPC can "see" you wear armor.
Also, some cloth are "noble" and others are "thief", I'm not sure how the game do the category, but it seems to make one (not 100% sure about this one).

How did you solve this issue? I too have high charisma (30) and all noble clothes including the burgher coat. I removed all weapons and armor, including the torch, washed myself and clothes, no blood, and even drinking the perfume doesn't make a difference. I have to assume it is bugged.

You have to have certain equipment slots, well... equipped, but can't wear plate, or a weapon - which includes a secondary weapon.

Also, don't be dirty, there's a tub just 10 metres away or so where you can wash up.
