[BUG] Mouth of Hell Quest will not trigger / able to start after recent update.

As the title says. The NPCs near the dead cattle, are never there, and talking to Father Marion gives no option other than going on a pilgrimmage. Can't even touch the quest until the DEV's fix this.

You can also start the quest by going into the mine, that's how I got it the first time.

I just wanted to take a look at the mine, but the wooden planks broke beneath me and the quest started.
That was a unexpected way to begin a quest.
