Do anybody else get the that Hangmans Halter Tavern get locked on v.1.2.2 on nights?

Do anybody else get the that Hangmans Halter Tavern get locked on v.1.2.2 on nights?
I noticed that during quest Ill Repute (Via Argentum main quesr is also going) when I returned to tavern around 5am that it is locked, now also checked earlier save before these quest but same happens there). Also my rooms door on the tavern was locked, had to use lockpicks that I got in. On earlier I think it wasnt locked during that time on the night. Also upper drinking hall is locked during night and still later on morning too. And on the kitchen there is trespassing area and also on the main markets side door there is short trespassing area.
