In 2025 why?

Skyrim (2011)has many NPC'S and each one has his/her own look. Outside of the children in Skyrim, I can't think of many that look alike . The main NPC'S each have their own look.

What's up WarHorse? Why only 5 or 6 faces?

Can this be changed in an update or is it too much work?

Because ethically similar people tend to look alike. Remember that populations back then were tiny. This was long before mixing was commonplace.

They look similar but there's enough of a variation that I don't see an issue... wait are you saying all white people look the same? Well yes half the people in a region are related but that's besides the matter.

Yeah i do agree that many NPC's are re-used, but it's not somthing you notice unless you look into it. I think, in a short awnser, is cutting corners, since you're not likely to stare at a mans face 3 inches away from him
