mouse lagging

hello. i got this problem, when i move my mouse in some direction, i feel stutters and freezing it's like mouse stopping for 0.001 second, then it moves and stop again, but my fps 75-85, high settings and pc is good

Also, there's this really ♥♥♥♥♥ Office bug with Excel where it wants to take control over it but can't and then you get weird ♥♥♥♥ like that as a result.

yes, i tried, and drivers are ok

It's not about drivers, I want to know what you have running in the background that might affect it

As said, I've seen this crap before, just can't nail it but it was definitely some Office product

i'm not running office product in the background, maybe somewhere in task manager as a process, but not active app

Tried swapping between fullscreen and borderless?
Alt+Enter changes it for instance.

Also, did you try rebooting and solely run the game? Does it do that still?

If all that doesn't solve it, I fear you have some really ♥♥♥♥♥ virus on board.

only thing else that comes to mind would be checking the FPS Limit in the game and your monitor's refresh rate

i'll try swapping and text you here, another question is how can i try solely run the game? i got many processes on the background

My point was - reboot, launch Steam, run the game - check if the issue persists

i don't have any viruses, never download bad stuff (you know), and checked for viruses before

i tried to reboot, launch steam(as usual) and start the game, but still have issue. alt+enter change nothing, i got a video for you of my problem, maybe that would help https://youtu.be/4qcWDGjWnEU
