So about this Mule Hide.
I know he's called Goatskin, but I digress. I've been seeing a lot of errors about him not existing or not working on these forums. Is that true? Should I wait for another patch?

That's super deep into the game, there's like ~60-80 hours of gameplay up until that point.

And it doesn't hit everyone
