2 or 3, but given up checking, half the time they only want to play no badge games.
I found issues with the den after the end of the game, it doesn't function like an inn, the room door is locked, can still sleep and use the chest, yet the door is locked and the innkeeper has no rent room options.
That can happen at other inns too if some NPC shuts the door. Just pick it. No one even cares if they see you...or at least in my experience.
Haven't noticed the dice on the second map, I was running into the same thing as Sylaa just mentioned, the players would have no badge games and often it was 3 groschen beggars that was the option in it. Just stopped looking eventually.
The best, and really only, place to play dice is in the back yard of the Hangman Halter Tavern. There will often be townsmen there that will play the 300 groschen level gold badge game. I haven't found this level anywhere else. Just silver 110 at best.
For the most part on the second map you have to only play townsmen if you want badges...and a few named NPCs. If they are a wayfarer, miner, beggar, and the like...they will have no money or badges.
After the patch you can now roll dice there!
