Misc items
I have some misc items. Bone comb, Goose quills, Hare pelts, Sheepskin, Tin pitcher and Wolf ear. Are this items just junk to sell or do they have any other use?

Junk.

If it's "junk that is useful" it's in the craftmanship category in the inventory.

The wolf ears can be sold to hunters on the road. Unfortunately, they pay so little it isn't really worth carrying them around.
The rest is just filler to make the game world seem more "real".
