If I didn't allow Katherine to kill the murder in The Fifth Commandment side quest.

Can I still successfully romance her?
All the articles I read on internet mentioned they side with her in that side quest.

Yes, you can still romance her. Chose to let the murderer live and go to prison in both my play throughs and was still able to romance Katherine. The game only requires you to finish the quest itself as it counts as "helping" Katherine and a rep boost.

Does anyone know if it's possible to find the murderer after the quest? Katherine mentioned that the murderer was imprisoned outside the city

If she's 45, she's almost old enough to be his grandmother. She would, however, probably also look like Bozhena. 😮

She's not that old. Henry is supposed to be about 20. Katherine is probably in her mid to late 30s.
