You want Radovan in Tachov. I don't believe that is the correct guy.

I wanted the same. When I found the guy in Kuttenberg he was unfortunately just a normal trader. (At least the game didn't give me any dialogue options)

Have to admit I was a bit bummed out about that.

Radovan is on a completely different map...

I'm not sure if that's the guy that's going to help you set up the DLC forge thing, he doesn't seem to have quests at the moment.

Ah you are right. That is a different map, so I suppose he already got past the Radovan part. That's probably DLC related, then.

Now that seems the mystery being solved actually.

"Dive into Henry's roots by exploring the legacy of Martin, his adoptive father. Work to restore a once-renowned forge and prove your skills in the art of blacksmithing as you uncover forgotten tales of the past."

Only thing I could think of when I found the guy and he doesn't say anything.
He is worse than Dogmeat for sure. And he was bad. Constantly in the way and under foot in combat.

Sounds like a bug mate, the blacksmith isn't supposed to do any of that.

There's at least one other occasion I encountered where a side character refers you to a smith, I'm fairly sure there are 3 in total. I never had any dialogue options with them, so yeah that's probably something to do with the DLC.

There's also a location in the Kuttenburg map called "abandoned forge", there are three named NPC bandit-looking dudes there, but they had very little interactivity. I'm guessing that's either the DLC location or something related too.
