"Good Old Pebbles" perk bug
I have acquired the perk successfully, Pebbles had boosted stats.

But after playing some more, Pebbles now has the old stats without the perk, I noticed his carry capacity decrease by 200.

Anyone know any fix? Hopefully devs fix it.

Never mind, right after complaing the perk poped up again.
The game gave me the perk AGAIN for the second time.
So for anyone with similar problems, for me the bug lasted about 3 hours.

Usually it means you should go wash your horse.

i just acquired the perk and been riding around for another 10km without my stats increasing but i think mines a mod issue (playing with an alchemy and blacksmithing mod) cuz i've noticed throughout my play through none of my horsemanship perks seem to work.
