Floral Wreath PROS reward

Does anyone know if there's a bug with PROS rewards?

I have watch twitch to get the wreath, and everything connected PROS=Twitch=Steam, yet I could never find the wreath in my chest many boots after I got it.. It's showing in my PROS rewards and I remember it said you should claim it in the game before March 6th T_T

Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Did you go to your Twitch Drops and claim it ? You need Connect Pros and Twitch and the game too and you need claim it at Twitch drops could be the Stream you watch in background switch and you need more -watch-time ? If not Twitch Dropsite Claim it and normal after restart Game it must be in your Personel Chest
