Can you go back and forth between the two regions?
Mostly asking because I suffer from ''I want to do everything before the famous wedding'' but i'm noticing i'm getting side stuff fatigue, so hence the question.

I’m still on the first map and was wondering this also.

Yes, though I think some side-quests will be closed afterward. Not all though.

It's not really apparent until you find the locations on your map, too. If you want to go back to the first map, follow the road you started off on west of where you first set out.

It's 200 coins each way.

Yup! Two regions.
i went back to the first map and went to trosky castle, which was weid i could walk freely around nobody recocnized me, i could speak also to the scribe who whitnessed our torture
