Soldiers Outside Sigismund Camp Respawn? [those on the burned out village]

managed to wipe that camp with stealth, poison & a ton of arrows, got a boat load of Armor & weapons....
so I wanted to ask if they resapawn?

I don't know, but I hope the next patch removes respawn of everything.
If not in the normal game, then at least in HC.
