Also his constant barking drove me crazy.
at least he cant die gg I also keep him away often.
But one of the first mods I installe was removing the crowling when crouching, and have him bark much mroe quiet with a smaller radius (for the player). Helped a lot.
Yeah the barking is annoying as ♥♥♥♥. I don't understand why every single game dog needs to be obnoxious noisy ♥♥♥♥♥♥. I hate it in real life and I hate it in games too.
More so the barking, somehow funny. There are lots of stories about people killing dogs because of the barking in those times. But then again, for gameplay I would have loved to even have a feature that would allow you to "train" Mutt, and actually have him bark less, walk beside you instead of in front of you, and don't plump his ass down in door openings, ignoring commands all together. The latter is likely a pathing bug, but everything else would have been appreciated. So he only barks or disrupts you stealthy moments, when you command him. Too often did I try to rob a house, and 3 guards are chasing Mutt right to me, because the fool of a dog can't even listen to basic commands at/near max level.
