Locked swordsmith shop in kuttenberg even at day

The swordsmith close to the emperor charles tavern is alway closed even during day.
So you cant trade there, the only way to open the door is to whistle outside the window and get the shop keeper to come outside and open the door, then you vault quickly inside while the door is still open, only then the shop is considered a private are so you get kicked out if you are seen inside.

Yeah, I got this in my first run and have it again in my second run. I've even heard a NPC vendor talking inside it. I've been meaning to pay it a visit after midnight, but I haven't gotten to it yet.
