Theres two other survivors of Nebakov (depending on your choices). When quizzed on Klara, they also go with the "No chance of any more survivors" narrative.
But then again, they escaped despite the odds, so who knows?

Yes.
she's not dead, found her in kuttenberg in the bathhouse that you open with a quest line, she's just working there like some random npc, can't even talk to her, like devs didn't finished her quest line or something

I don't see why they would have hanged a woman

Yeah, but she could have been killed by other means, too.

Em. If it's post irony - funny joke, bruv.
If not - many NPCs have same appearance. Not only Klara and Kachka (don't know how she's being called in English localization, her nickname could be translated as "Ducky" from Czech).
I hope she returns in a future DLC. IMO she's the only romance-able NPC that was worth giving the time of day to.

It's not the Red Dead franchise. Living dead DLCs are not highly likely to be added. But who knows?

I will go look for you, someone mentioned the bathhouse so I will doublecheck there before heading back to the Trosky region to see if I can sneak back into the castle since its closed off but I might be able to wiggle in.

Many secondary supporting NPC's have the same models in the game. I've seen about 3 or 5 "Klaras", for example.

I have checked the bathhouses and Nebekov Castle. There is a barrier to the castle so I had to use the -devmode in properties and an old KCD1 dev code to fly in p_fly_mode 1 once high enough you get over the barrier the solders inside do not have aggro only pathing. No Klara or any indication she is there. If anyone has any other hints where she might be I will be glad to check in on those.
It's one thing I really hope modders are able to achieve - adding more models and replacing a bunch so it's not so jarring running into the same character models.

I was hopeful Klara lived, but don't hold out hope. If nothing else, that young lass was "committed to the cause." I admire that.

Well I checked all the main "hanging spots" and didn't see her body anywhere so I don't know where she would have been. So I think they just overlooked that section of story to be honest because even the lord of the castle is no where to be found.

Nebakov's assault and the first moment Jindro is let free into the open world are divided by 5 days. 1st day is an assault day, at the end of which Jindro, Jan, and Bohuta are rescued. 2 days for road between Trosky and Kutna-Hora. And 2 days were spent in Suchdol. No one (especially lord Nebak, who lives in Nebakov) will let bodies rot for so long. That's why Warhorse even haven't bothered themselves with tree decorating.
I came back to the game after some time. I think I overlooked the following.

- The night before the siege of Nebakov, Klara says (in the cutscene):
"But don't get too excited. As soon as I lie down, I'll sleep the sleep of the de..." (then she seems bewildered for a second).

- The next morning she can only be seen in the cutscene and then disappears.

- Later, Istvan says during interrogation:
"And what's more, I have this wonderful entertainment before bedtime. I'll sleep the sleep of the dead!"

With all this in mind and with that every other (even less minor) character has some sort of sequel in the game and a pretty much wrapped up story,
I'm now more convinced that Klara's storyline is open on purpose.

Then there's the "Letter to unknown servant", but it's uncertain who sent it to whom.
She caught AIDS from Henry and died. He was a bug chaser after all, and he gave her 'the gift'

We will know the answer to this question either in one of upcoming DLC or in KCD3.
There will be no KCD3, this Game already contains KCD3. Thats why the game is split in 2 areas.

Well, after watching a video about the real Zizka, let's just say I wouldn't be at all surprised if there comes a KCD3 in another few years where we get to see Prague.
