Katherine thinks so. She's the one who tells Henry everyone else was hanged.

On other topic she is clearly is honeypot distraction for Henry to hide shady stuff in Nebakov.
I was annoyed that Henry was unable to ask follow up question how her boys
became injured the last time, or about prisoners.

I think he meant the third media of the Kingdom Come franchise. Most people don't understand that subtitle "Deliverance" has metasenses, and that it would never be used in a franchise again, by most chances.

While writing the story with Rosa, Henry says that Klara is fine and well.
I hope we get to see more story with her in the upcoming DLC(s).

It is never confirmed, but it is heavily hinted at by Katherine that her and the rest of the survivors from Zizkas band at Nebakov were executed. Our group(Henry, Hans, Godwin, Zizka) only were taken captive due to being noble or so info could be extracted.

She could however be alive. She was only a healer and her skills could've been valued and she was instead taken prisoner, but it is much more likely she is dead.

I agree but you have to keep in mind that Otto Von Bergow and especially Markvart Von Aulitz are absolutely brutal. I have no doubt either would hesitate to execute a woman as they would've just deemed her to be a traitor.

Keep in mind both vouched for the Jewish quarter to a ransacked just so the spy could be outed and Von Bergow authorized Semine to be destroyed with all the people slaughtered.
