I am not sure if it is going to be labelled as a bug, but if a NPC can give vague directions and we get a quest marker on the map...I think a bed we just rented could appear too.
Innkeeper: You can take the hay pile in the shed out back.
Henry: But...there are four outer buildings back there...and they all have hay.

It wouldn't be so bad, but I am sick to death of peasants giving me the red bunny because "You're not supposed to be here..." when two literal seconds ago I could wander freely.
The sudden and unwavering state change which seems to rely on exact game time is annoying af.
Also, if you take the Explorer perk, all beds (including those you DON'T own yet) are revealed.
