Is there any way to heal yourself in Suchdol Fortress before the siege??
So basically I couldn't take out the guards at the italian court stealthily because the stealth kill system is like next to impossible so I decided to just grab my best armor and master strike every guard until they were all down, unfortunately I missed a couple times and also got hit a lot when Brabant's men attacked and then suddenly, "I have no time to lose!" so I can't sleep in Suchdol to heal. Where am I supposed to go to heal???

To your guest bedroom.
No I can't sleep in my guest bedroom because it's an important part in the story it wont let you sleep anywhere

You could remove the pause via cheat codes, and sleep. But all those tambourine dances are very annoying - you will need bandages and decoctions in that quest in extreme amounts, hence it would be better to start all that stuffy action segment from the very beginning - The Vlach Court robbery. I know, it's a sh1tty experience, but the only alternative is to play the whole segment under Godmod cheat - which makes that boring stuff even worse.

You should generally always carry a couple of Marigold Decoctions on you for this reason.
Failing that, check what food you have. Some foods like Dried Apple give +health.
You might also be able to find some loot-able food around the kitchen or whatever.

Not only at all times, but especially during the final sequence.

I don't understand ignoring the 'This is the end game content and you will be on rails for quite sometime' warning screen and not loading up with your best gear. Should have been pretty obvious that you're meant to prepare.
Apples heal 2 hp and you can even dry them to last forever.

Pepa's Saurkraut is particularly good as far as food healing goes.

Most food that heals if it does is 2-5, even with the bonus perk. That stuff is 10, lasts forever, and has additional buffs.

If you want to find Pepa, and get some of the yum goodness, look to the south of the second Cuman camp, (the one pointed out by the ones you drink with as the ones "not like them to avoid"). First batch is free with right dialogue choices, future batches will cost you cabbage.

Carry a healthy supply of marigold decoctions before hand. The game warns you to prepare yourself so prepare yourself.

not only that, Pepa's Sauerkraut is weightless, so you can carry as many as you want

edit: and the legitimate way of finding him is to get the rumor from the first town about a robbery at the farm to the south and then ask and be a detective, so to speak
hmm.. should i have used spoiler there or no?

Keep honey on you. It is OP and heals well. BUT it adds a lot of nutrition so you cant eat to much. I lucked out and had Henry level potions or I would have prob. died as well.
You can't leave Suchdol unless it's to see Erik at this sequence, and I can't fight Erik and win with my low health so I have another question, once the fight with Erik starts, can I just run away and like go to like Kuttenburg or something to heal and then come back to Suchdol?

You may not be able to sleep there but you can access the potions squirrelled away for just such an eventuality.

You might also want to try the kitchen supplies chest and alchemist's quarters to brew additional potions.

Musa or Katherine can heal you in improvised hospital during siege

But is that historically accurate?
Asking for a friend... Who, of course, didn't buy the game and is a EndimionTV cult follower. 😂
