"So it Begins" - Kubyenka wont stop drinking!

so the quest requires you to talk to Samuel and Kubyenka as well as two other groups of people. I can talk to the other two groups fine, but I cant talk to Samuel or Kubyenka. Samuel is frozen in the courtyard while Kubyenka sits at a mess table drinking. Interestingly when i quickload in the mess hall, Kubeynka stands up, attempt to walk then immediately goes back to sitting with his beer.

Due to the quest i cant speed up time or wait or do anything to fix the cycle. Reloading saves, going back to earlier saves and restarting computer have no worked.

Any idea what to do to make it so I can talk to these two so i can move on with the quest?

i have the same problem. i can't go on with my game for this bug.... i hate when happens
