Nomad Black market Horse option not working properly?

May be im missing something. I have only got it to pop up once. I took the horse near the guy who buys/trains them on the black market. I got it to work once with a horse that i replaced pebbles with. I stole another horse and bring it to the guy and the option wont show up under talk. It took a few loads the first time i got him to train a new horse for me. Not sure if there is a way to get the option to pop up like it should?

Depending what time of day his shop are open, normally starting 8am or 9am, also depending on if he has the money or not.

are you parking the horse by the trough? Might not be close enough

Has to be near the flag thing and the right time of day. GL though, cuz they ususally pay a pittance for horses.. so unless you're looking to swap it, then it hasn't really been worth it imo yet.
