Does Henry have no balls after the torture

Ifi don`t say nothing and let them torture Henry till the end, are they gonna cut off his balls with that knive or just a piece of meat?

I know that. I saw the cutscene and in the end they take a knive and cut something. At the bottem part, where his ♥♥♥♥ is i think. Thats why i thougt that they cut off his balls
