It'll be released in a few months as a separate DLC, don't worry. It was literally the same thing with the warhorse treasure maps from the first game.

You can buy such keys from the game if they are still on sale. But I warn you, they can be expensive, and also pay attention to which region they are for. Since there are keys only for Russia and CIS countries
