Figured I'd start a thread meant to be positive rather than one more rant thread about politics. Fav cut scene, quest or general instance while playing - after all that's why we are here the fun of the game

Eg

Pebble's perk popped for me leaving the nomad camp after winning the hard way without sabotage as we moved from shadow to light away for the camp. Rather poetic we won the race no one thought we could and the perk that says how Henry persists despite the comments of others with Pebbles has unlocked her hidden potential,

Well my favourite was when the game took multiple sets of armour and weapons from me after stripping me naked after a cutscene fight new cutscene an hour into the game

Close second is when it took all my save potions and made them vanish into nothing

Third has to be anytime it rains... especially if you have the night hawk potion
my favorite scene is where the magic black science kang told me about wakanda and how my society was inferior

Well reload then. I did have a similar moment with the friendly cuman camp and a drunken night. I just reloaded and set up a trash outfit that I did not care is if got yeeted. All of this seems more appropriate for a bugs and glitches forum thread. Not a fav moments one.

Maybe you're lost?

Meeting Sigismund - It's a true "Are we the bad guys" moment, and judging by Henry's face even he realized that.
Sure he let the Cumans pillage, but unlike Wenceslav he actually gives a ♥♥♥♥, as his discussion with von Auliz has revealed.

I really like moments like that too when what you know is called into question. I suppose that was a reason I like the cumans by the nomads it shows another side to the "monster" though not nearly as profound as your example

when you have this many interconnected systems then fail to play test them adequately, then yea people are gonna remember them more if they happen often enough to become a meme.

EDIT My fav was jumping down the well in a certain quest, and figuring out later I didn't need to go through all that bother. ya got me

A side quest that was very skippable because I got it while fast travelling and decided to stop instead of skipping the encounter called 'Ransom' did not expect to like it but I'll get to that. You are tasked by a lordling to walk into a camp and ransom his brother from a captain in the camp. You find the captain and he is an absolute ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and gets on my nerves but I think nothing of it but I notice the objective has not vanished so I look around. Turns out the brother died a few days prior and the captain was planning on selling you his corpse.

You confront the captain and he doubles down saying same price and same place for the corpse with no option to haggle down the price or persuade it all away. At this point I get really mad at this character and decide this ♥♥♥♥♥♥ had to die. So I reported to the quest giver and told him everything and came to the same conclusion I came to: He had to die and we needed a group of people to do it. Here comes my favourite part of the quest:

I had to go around and use my connections from side quests to build a group strong enough to topple this group and the kicker? these people are from side and main quests I did completely unrelated to this one, so I talked to swordsmasters I had helped, bandits, thugs and eventually set out to confront this ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

Sure enough when we met with the captain on neutral ground he realised he was outnumbered 3 or 4 to 1 and so started to beg for Henry to reconsider and turn on the quest giver. Nope, and so a battle broke out and we won without much effort and while the quest did not reward much I feel the experience had left an impression on me I hated the villain and felt glad when he got what was coming to him and I loved that it rewarded me for doing side quests and that was something I had not felt after 50 hours of gameplay up until that point.

I mean the stolen armour and weapons was from the first quest after swimming across the lake

if they can't playtest stuff at the beginning of their game to any level of competency it is sure a memorable moment

If you are referring to the swimming with Hans while under fire that was supposed to happen to "reset" the powerful character we would have had at the end of KCD 1
Taking a photo on a cliff near the Nomad's camp, overlooking the lake you first camped at with Capon, then getting stuck on a pile of leaves. Decided to jump to try and get unstuck, ended up breaking physics and launching into the air only to land in the lake itself and die.

Thank you for this post :)

I am trying to get this quest (called "The Ransom")too, but the event just doesn't start. I fast travelled and travelled normally several times on that road to make it happen, on different times of the day and night, but to no avail.

When I ride past the point where the Cunans should be, I see a pool of blood and there is an abandoned fire nearby, but there is no one there and the quest doesn't start.

Does anyone know a way to trigger this event?
I'm only referring what I've read on Reddit. I've heard there's an easter egg confirming that Henry is canonically gay and how his sexuality changed.
While talking to his friend Musa about his jailtime in Rattay for horse theft Musa replies: "I know Henry, sh1et is different in da pen, if you wanna blow loads you gotta bone the men...".
Can anyone confirm it?

I don't know specifically how to force it to trigger but what you are looking for is a caravan and not a camp-fire, something that may help, you need to be able to get into Sigismund camp for the quest so maybe try playing the main story until asked to try infiltrate the camp? thats around the time it triggered for me too.
