That don't mean anything. It could be a random file that didn't download right.

Maybe a driver that needs an update.

Maybe windows update.


Try an integrity file check on steam.

Do the work. If everyone else is having no problems with it but you're having a problem, it's obviously you dude

refund the game until your pc can run it, you might be having issues with the GPU
run a performance test before you play games

if you don't know how google how to and save yourself hundreds in the future
