Suddenly can't throw rocks

I don't know why, but starting some point last night, I suddenly can't throw rocks. crouch down, press and hold RB like normal, and nothing. This is approximately 60 hours in, and it is my number one tool, so I know how to do it, lol. Anyone else see this, find a fix?

Never mind, figured it out. I broke the save by going back and hoping I could finish the miller's tasks. As soon as I talked to the nomad woman, I lost the ability to throw rocks. I assume because in that mission, there is no stealth parts, at least not intentional and they don't want you throwing rocks for some reason. Oh well, reloaded an earlier save.
