Brushes with Death - how does it tie in?
When I played KCD I, I found the Pribyslavitz DLC so stressful (mainly due to having to collect heaps of groschen for rebuilding the village all the time) and distracting from the main story, that I actually stopped playing the game and only made a full playthrough much later, to prepare for KCD II. Now, I'm on my first playthrough of KCD II, at a leisurely pace, I'm on the Kuttenberg map, doing various quests there, not pressing advancing the main story. If I purchase Brushes with Death now, how will it tie in to the base game, I wonder? Does it interfere a lot, has it time-sensitive elements or is it mainly self-contained?

The from the ashes dlc was so good, it was basic but I just loved the idea of being bailiff and I was making so much groschen I was glad to have something to spend it on. The new dlc doesn't tie in with the main story like from the ashes did but you will have to go back to trosky to start it. It brings a cool feature you may or may not care for.

Thank you both! I can only mark one comment as the answer, so it will be the first one, but both of you provided helpful information.
