Save and load time are slow down.

Hello everyone! I have a problem with save/load system. After 30 hours of gameplay the game save system is just ruined my experience: save/load are too long (for 1 to 4 min per saving) and sometimes the game could crush while loading.

Currently, I'm at "For the victory" quest. Maybe someone know how to fix that problem?

Also, If I back to old saves from the beginning - all works fine. I guess, the problem occurs only after some questline in the middle of my walkthrough

Do you have lots of mods? You might incur a bug where the modlist get duplicated save after save on the savefile, and when the number of mods reaches 400 you will get a 0 byte save, aka corrupted save.
If there's the chance this might be the case, go into your personal profile in windows, and go to "saved games" folder, then "kingdom come deliverance". There should be a lot of saved games with a .whs extension. Open the latest with notepad and check if the same mods repeat over and over cyclically. if they do, you're a few steps away from disaster (luckily you can walk back from that).

Should I delete not necessary saves? I've checked - 150 savefiles. Maybe I'll help?

Where are the savegame files? I have loads of them…

The safest way is through the game's load menu.

No way, I made a backup for all my saves, then deleted all from main folder and remain only 1 last sale - no changes, all problems are still the same

I won't play until they fix it. Because it's unplayable right now.

From my xp the more inventory the slower loading/saving. I usually travel very light so mine are fast. Seems stupid but still the game have to remember all that crap you are carrying. Use your horse and chest.
