Hangman's Halter Tavern - locked door bug with 1.3
The patch notes say that the bug with the locked door in the Hangman's Halter Tavern room has been fixed. But it's still locked for me :( Have you experienced anything similar?

I have, the same issue. However, after I lockpicked it (hard lock), it was ok, no tresspassing, I could use a chest and bed.
