Chiaroscuro Mission Time Bug? New DLC

I cannot be the only one experiencing the time bug in KCD2 DLC... It says to give the toad eggs a night and day cycle to hatch at the pond, and nothing happens. I have slept or have passed time for 5 in-game days now. Is there any fix this to yet or is it just another bug with the DLC?. Really disappointed so far.

I appreciate it lol I am blown away there isn't a solution anywhere on the internet

just found out a fix. go to the carriage to kuttenburg and it'll update the prompt, when you return you can continue the quest

That was the fix, but in order for me to trigger the mission update, i had to spend 200 coin to travel to kuttenburg and another 200 coin to return back to trosky. So 400 coin in total to force the mission to continue. Hopefully this is patched soon.
