He canonically has only had relationships with women. The second game adds a long, convoluted quest that results in Henry having a single lapse of that. You could play the entire game and never experience it, it's just there to push the limits of what they can put in the game. If there's an option to get caught and punished for it, it'll farther showcase how taboo those types of relationships were in this setting. Still absolutely 0 reason to react the way people are when they've also confirmed that any scenes involving female nudity/sex are much longer and more common
