That healer is part of the hungarian army,means if you harm him you have the whole hungarian army on your ass,as vavra said every decision every action has consequenses in the game and killing a medic of the hungarian army,dosent matter if he is black or not has severe consequenses and could also be seen as a war declaration

If he's not, then this doesn't get the RPG pass BG3 got from many. An actual RPG lets you kill anyone, and choose to NOT be PC instead of theme parking you through different dialogue options that are variations of the same "disagreeing with this would be evil".
