Not explicitly, but it is implied in the game that Istvan Toth has something going on with another man. But it's treated like you would expect it to be trated during those times, it's not presented as it would be in our modern times.

Even the Bible speaks about men sleeping with other men, this isn't anything new. It has been mostly treated as something "sinful" during centuries, and the game reflects that.
