biggest mistake is thinking that steam forums/twitter users are intelligent.

on another topic, i believe the people complaining don't really care about historical accuracy in KCD. they simply cared that the world of KCD coincidently aligned with their own views. and so when the dev defended the world he made with the intention of staying accurate and sticking to his vision for the game, people simply mistook it as him being a right wing.

they never had any respect on what the developers intentions are.

it was all just coincidence and misunderstandings.
