Why is the Code of Conduct Racist?

I'm against all racism, so I am baffled as to why the COC singles out white supremacy and neo-austrian-artist ideologies when there is a whole smorgasbord of racism coming from other quarters of the world's population? Maybe it's time to quit being racist against whites and stop singling us out as being a uniquely evil race? So consider this my request to change the COC so it is race neutral please.

I was 50/50 on buying this game as i hate first person games but was drawn in by the setting and realism (and the hope for a 3rd person mod) but I think i will pass now
