I wish you respected grammar, too.
"There was a few blacks in medieval SICILY, thats why it makes sense to put blacks in medieval central and northern Europe"
This is how every anti-white argues, every single sentence that ever comes out of them is forced to be a lie or some attempt at gaslighting people, because truth is NEVER on their side. Thats what happens when you base your entire worldviews on hating the truth.
Also "blackcentraleurope dot com" hilarious, using Afrocentric historical revisionist websites as sources. I would declare this entire thread bait if I didn't know most anti-whites are actually unironically like this.
Also, Moors and other North Africans were never black. They were indigenous North African ethnic groups, who look similar to Egyptians for example. I'm sure you know what they look like, ie. not at all like Sub Saharan Africans aka black people.
The Moors include Subsaharan Africa too, text from the period even talks about black Moors and white Moors.
Sarasens is usually a term used for the African Moors. Mali and Senegal are part of the Moors lands and people.
But he is right. Since there historically were 0 black people in medieval central Europe, having 1 in your game makes the game impossible to take seriously as an "authentic medieval setting". Its simply not plausible in the slightest and he is in the game only because of DEI quotas, not for any believable reason, since no such reason can exist.
You need to check your history, it is rare but not zero.
