Not all games are like this, usually 60 EUR is the price on all new releases, but there are exceptions.
Ideally, just wait for a sale and refuse to pay these exorbitant rates. "Support the devs" is a fallacy when it comes to big/AAA publishers, and I can explain why.
No one is blaming Warhorse here, only Deep Silver / Koch / Embracer.
ofc, never in a million years I would pay this price. The sad part is: I saved the money to buy KCD 2, but the value is exactly as Elden Ring and Black Myth Wukong. They just lost customer that was going to buy it full price, now I'll wait for a sale
I also saved a bit to buy this game on release and was hoping to get it by at most R$ 250.
None of these AAA companies are in touch with the consumer or economical scenarios. They genuinely think people from second and third world countries are going to buy at those extortionist rates, ignorantly trying to maximize profit per copy sold, but people won't buy something that doesn't have an appealing price point out in these regions.
and the deluxe thing CHF 90.50 (USD 106.42)
It's highway robbery, but i really don't care tbh. Not touching this title with a 10 ft pole for the next 4 years until it's patched and polished, so i will likely get that during a sale for a fraction of the cost.
Game studios in general need to pull their head out of their behind with those prices, but that's no skin off my back. More than plenty of excellent titles to spend my free time on, so that's their sales figures to tank.
Yes, I'm not in a rush to play KCD 2. I just complained because I wanted to buy it at a reasonable price.
